Price is certainly an important part of planning your wedding reception or other event. There are several factors that determine how much you should budget for your entertainment costs, such as event date, type of event, location, and duration. While it may be tempting to make your decision based on price alone, I suggest considering the professionalism, abilities, and reputation of the DJ before making your choice.

I suggest reading How To Hire A DJ, which offers some insight and helpful questions for you to consider. A qualified, proven DJ is not cheap, and a cheap DJ is usually not qualified or professional. Don’t chance your once-in-a-lifetime celebration to an amateur based only on price*.

Extraordinary distance from load point to setup

Day of the week (Mon. -Thurs. may be quoted at a lower rate)

Each of these factors may have an impact on the price.

A contract is used for all events to protect both parties. To reserve your date, a 25% non-refundable reservation fee is required with the returned, signed contract. The balance is due seven days from the event date. For your convenience, payments may be made online with a credit card.
